When you call, your first point of contact is a nurse, who will ask the reason for your call and help resolve the issue or decide on the next steps. Our family physicians do not hold specific “phone hours”; physicians return calls outside appointment times according to prior arrangements.
Outside our office hours, you can call the Family Doctor Advice Line 1220.
The advice line provides help with minor health issues, guidance on first aid, and, when needed, information about how the health system works. The service is available 24/7.
If you need urgent care, go to the Emergency Department (Hiiumaa Hospital ER) or call the emergency number 112.
